Discovered in the 19th century on the site of a former well, this “Ewer” is made of bronze cast in a single piece and was used for handwashing at meals in the 15th century. Ewers were common across Europe, and this example was likely not manufactured in Wales. Cafwyd hyd i’r “Piser” hwn yn y 19eg ganrif ar safle hen ffynnon gynt. Mae wedi’i wneud o un darn o gast efydd a chafodd ei ddefnyddio i olchi dwylo amser bwyd yn y 15fed ganrif. Roedd piseri yn gyffredin ledled Ewrop, ac mae’n debyg na chafodd yr enghraifft hon ei wneud yng Nghymru.
