Terms of Use Policy for the Purchase of Digital Images
- StoriPowys digital images are available only for private use and for non-commercial purposes and should not be shared with anyone else.
- Non-commercial use of digital images may also include education, where copies may be used for the purpose of instruction or examination only.
- Image products may vary in quality and size due to the way they are produced and historic technological limitations. Replacement images and refund requests will be honoured at our discretion.
- You should not remove or modify any metadata, credits or copyright assertions associated with images on StoriPowys assets.
- Any purchase of a digital image from the StoriPowys website is a declaration of your agreement to use this image only for the purposes outlined in this policy.
- Using a digital image for use other than that outlined in this policy would be considered a false declaration and you may be liable for infringement of copyright.
- If you wish to reproduce, publish, or exhibit any of these images, you’ll need to seek the relevant permissions by contacting us: archive@powys.gov.uk.
