The servers which host our website maintain site logs which include the IP details of all machines accessing our pages. We only use such logs to determine website usage and not as a means of identifying or obtaining information about specific users. Any IP information is treated as strictly confidential and is not published or divulged to any 3rd party.

We may need to use personal data for the activities and functions that enable us to provide this website and to support users. They include:

We never sell your data to 3rd parties, and will tell you if ever we need to share it with other companies in order to carry out the running of our service. Our web developers and hosting company have access to your data but will not need to process it other than when requested by us in order to keep the site operational.

Personal data will not be shared with an individual or organisation based in any other country unless there is express permission to do so following a Data Protection Impact Assessment.

7. How long do we keep your personal data?

We maintain information in accordance with our retention schedules which specify timescales for how long we hold your information. The law may specify the minimum amount of time we have to retain certain information. Please contact us for more information.

All employees who have access to your personal data or are associated with the handling of that data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.

8. What to do if you have concerns about the use of personal data or its accuracy?

You may contact us at any time to request a copy of all the data we have on file about you, or to ask us to delete the information we store. We may need to verify your identity, and once we've done so we will complete your request within 30 days. You can also request we stop processing your information at any time. If you would like us to update the data we have on file about you, you can again contact us or for an immediate result, or you can log into your account and update your information there.

9. What rights do you have in relation to your personal data?

You have a number of rights in relation to your personal data. Please note that not all rights are automatic and some may not be available in certain circumstances where a lawful exception applies. 10. Photographic images

How will we use photographs that identify people?

Images of individuals are treated as personal data. Images of crowds in a public area are not. By supplying photographs intended for publication on our website, individuals who are photographed are providing permission for them to be published.

We will respond promptly to any request to remove photographic images and/or personal data from the website where the person making such a request has a right to do so in accordance with their data protection rights.

We keep our privacy statement under regular review. Any changes we may make to our privacy statement in the future will be posted on this page.
